Mónica Dorado has been working in salons since she was young — it's less a career choice and more just who she is. At ROP since January 2023, she splits her time between Village and Bayfront, bringing the same steady, caring presence to both. She loves her work. That's not something she has to think about.

Mónica started working in a salon when she was young, and the passion for it grew from there. She's from Bolivia, and what brought her to ROP was a referral — someone she trusted told her about the company, and she decided to walk in and introduce herself. That was January 2023. She's been here since.
Off the clockOutside the salon
Outside of work, Mónica goes to the gym, spends time at the beach, and meditates. She also loves to dance.
